Will You Love Brussels Sprouts Once You Make Them In An Air Fryer?

The old Brussels sprouts recipes would leave your sprouts slimy and bitter. But after breeding tastier versions and correctly using an air fryer or oven, the new Brussels Sprouts are tastier and healthier than ever. Don’t complain to me when your family starts eating more and more of these fabulous nutritious vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Brussels sprouts $5.25
  • 1 tbsp olive oil $0.12
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese $0.30
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder $0.12
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt $0.04
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper $0.05
  • 4-5 Strips precooked bacon, chopped $0.88
  • Total $6.76

Preparation:

  1. Wash and chop Brussels sprouts into bite size pieces. Season it with olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well seasoned.
  2. Dump the Brussels sprouts into an air fryer.. Set the air fryer to 390 °F and cook for 17 minutes. After 6 minutes, Stir/shake the Brussels sprouts to ensure even cooking/cripsing.
  3. After another 6 minutes Add bacon to the Brussels sprouts and air fry them for another 5 minutes. If you want to add cheese for melting, now is the time to add it.
  4. When the timer finishes, take out the Brussels sprouts and serve.
