What Can You Do With Good Pepperoni Besides Making a Spectacular Pizza?

I was asked recently what can I do with pepperoni when I have leftovers after making a pizza. Well, there are many uses. One of my favorites is making a pepperoni sandwich. Just take 2 slices of bread and fill it with as much pepperoni as you like. Another option that my daughter likes is to make a pizza roll

Ingredients:

• 2 Flour Tortillas $0.40
• 16 Slices of Pepperoni $0.31
• 2 oz. Colby Jack Cheese $0.50
• 1 Cup of Utz Pub Mix $0.37
• 1 Granola Bar $0.12
• 16 oz Reverse Osmosis Water $0.07

Total:  $1.78

Preparation:

1. Take 2 tortillas and lay them out
2. Place 8 pepperonis in each tortilla
3. Wrap up the tortilla and cut them in half.
4. Slice the cheese and add on top of the pizza rolls
