Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Pork Ribs $10.04
- 2 lbs Pork Ribs Cut across the ribs into thirds $10.04
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce $0.13
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar $0.01
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt $0.04
- 1 Napa Cabbage $4.171 Bunch Rice Noodles $0.21

Preparation:
- Wash the ribs, place them in a pot and then cover with water.
- Heat the pot on high until the water boils. Dump the water, wash the ribs and place them back in the pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, then take out the ribs, reserving the water.
- Heat up a clay pot and add the oil. Place the ribs in a fry until browned.
- Add the brown sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Stir till combined.
- Add the reserved water into the clay pot.
- While you wait for the ribs to boil, cut the cabbage. Separate the white part from the leafy part.
- First place the white part of the cabbage in the clay pot and let cook for about 5 minutes
- Place in the leafy parts and the rice noodles into the clay pot and boil them for 5 minutes or until the cabbage is fully cooked and the noodles are soft.
- Stir the ingredients together and serve.
