Ingredients:
- 4 lbs Chicken Wings $12.16
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil $0.12
- 3 Cloves Garlic $0.08
- 1 tsp Pepper $0.10
- 1 Tbsp Salt $0.04
- 1 tsp Dried Basil $0.54

Preparation:
- Boil a pot half full of water
- Place the wings and simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Take the wings out – skim the fat and keep the chicken broth for other dishes
- Preheat the broiler
- Add oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and basil to the wings and stir well
- Place the wings on a baking tray lined with foil
- Broil the wings for 5 minutes
- Flip the wings and broil for another 5 minutes.
- Slather with sauce or serve as is.
