- 2 Crowns Broccoli $5.20
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, sliced $0.08
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced $0.50
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced $0.50
- 2 cloves garlic, minced $0.06
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce $0.02
- 1/4 tsp Chicken Boullion $0.00
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar $0.15

- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine 1 1/2 teaspoons oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and broccoli in a bowl. After mixing. place in a 13×9 casserole dish.
- Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add chicken to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Place, skin side up, on top of the broccoli. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Return skillet to medium-high. Add onion and bell peppers; sauté 3 minutes. Stir in garlic, and fish sauce; cook 1 minute. Stir in stock, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Stir in vinegar. Serve with chicken and broccoli.
