Ignore whatever English they use for the vegetable though as there is no real translation in America since Americans don’t grow or cook them. Preparation 香葶炒鸡蛋的做法:

  1. Trim off the tips and the ends, then wash 把想听的头和尾去掉,然后洗干净
  2. Chop the chive buds small and add to a bowl 把香葶切成小段。放到一个碗中
  3. Add 4 to 5 eggs 打四到五个鸡蛋
  4. Add salt and stir the mixture well 加入盐,把香葶鸡蛋,和盐搅匀
  5. Heat the pan over high heat 把锅放到炉子上加热
  6. Add oil and wait for it to heat up. 倒上油,等油烧热,把搅好的香葶鸡蛋放到锅里
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir well till the eggs get golden brown (about 5 minutes) 翻炒,大约五分钟,直到鸡蛋成金黄色
