- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1/2 Head Lettuce
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Avocados
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 1 Guacamole Seasoning Package
- 2 Taco Seasoning Packages
- 8 Taco Shells

Preparation:
- Place the ground beef into a skillet at high heat and brown the heck out of it. Once browned, drain off the excess fat and place it in a fat collecting jar to throw away later. Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and add 1 1/2 cups of water. Stir till combined and simmer until the water boils off
- While you are waiting for the ground beef to get ready, shred the lettuce, chop the tomatoes, grate the cheese and set them aside in separate bowls/plates
- Slice the avocado in half, take out the seed and deposit the avocado flesh into a bowl. Math the avocado with a fork, add the guacamole seasoning and stir together well.
- Place all the ingredients out on the table and allow your crew to build their own tacos.
