Simple, Quick, Packed with Flavor. Can You Make These Taco Bell Knock Off Tacos?

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Head Lettuce
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • 1 Guacamole Seasoning Package
  • 2 Taco Seasoning Packages
  • 8 Taco Shells

Preparation:

  1. Place the ground beef into a skillet at high heat and brown the heck out of it. Once browned, drain off the excess fat and place it in a fat collecting jar to throw away later. Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and add 1 1/2 cups of water. Stir till combined and simmer until the water boils off
  2. While you are waiting for the ground beef to get ready, shred the lettuce, chop the tomatoes, grate the cheese and set them aside in separate bowls/plates
  3. Slice the avocado in half, take out the seed and deposit the avocado flesh into a bowl. Math the avocado with a fork, add the guacamole seasoning and stir together well.
  4. Place all the ingredients out on the table and allow your crew to build their own tacos.
