Four simple ingredients from the store, store in the refrigerator overnight and cut the next day for a delectable snack or take them to a potluck and impress your friends. They are quite tasty and simple to make. Prepare for no leftovers.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (16 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Diced Green Chilis
- 8 flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 16 slices deli ham (about 12 oz)

Preparation:
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Space out the green chilies on the top portion of the tortilla
- Place 2 ham slices on the top portion of the tortilla over the green chilies.
- Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Unwrap and cut into 3/4-in. slices.
- Rewrap unfinished portions and place in refrigerator for later.
