When I put chicken drumsticks in the oven, I always have a difficult time figuring out how long it takes before there is no red left near the bone. Aside from cutting them open there is not easy way for me to determine if they are fully cooked or not. Well, I don’t have that problem with a pressure cooker. Not only are the chicken drumsticks fully cooked, but they become tender and juicy as well. You only lose out on having a crispy skin or crispy breaded coating, but the flavor is still worthy of chicken drumsticks.
