Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into quarters
- Place the potatoes in a pot of water and boil for about 15 minutes. Poke them through with a fork to see if they are soft.
- Drain excess water off the potatoes.
- Using a mixer set on low drop in and combine the ingredients one by one: Butter, milk, salt and pepper.
- Taste the potatoes to see if they are to your liking. If not, add what is missing and blend again with a mixer.
