Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder sliced $2.98
- 1 lb Green Beans $2.75
- 12 oz. Mushrooms $5.58
- 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce $0.40
- 6 Tbsp Red Wine $0.41
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce $1.12
- 3 Tbsp Butter $0.35

Preparation:
- Slice the pork, wash and cut the beans to 1 inch in length, wash and quarter the mushrooms
- Place the pork in a bowl and add 3 Tablespoons of red wine, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Boil a pot filled with water. Place the green beans in the pot and boil for about 9 to 12 minutes until they are slightly tender and drain.
- Put the pork in a skillet on high heat and stir fry the pork until the pork is browned. Take the pork out
- Add the mushrooms to the pan stir fry for about 3 minutes then add the drained green beans. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add 3 Tablespoons of red wine, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the pot and stir to combine for about 1 minute.
- Add the pork back into the pot and combine all ingredients.
- Turn off the heat to the dish and add 3 tablespoons of butter stirring to combine the flavors and serve over steamed white rice.
