We saw that the Fullstar Vegetable Chopper had reviews on Amazon, but not many reviews on YouTube. So we set out to make a slightly humorous full review to show people like you whether or not the Fullstar Vegetable Chopper will do what it says it will do so that you the consumer could make a better informed decision. Somehow, this video gained traction with the YouTube audience and quickly became my most popular video, so much so we decided to write a companion guide and cook book for the Full Star Vegetable chopper and release an updated review after experiencing the product for over two years.
The Video Reviews
To quickly summarize the videos, I believe it’s worth getting the standard edition and not the deluxe model as the deluxe items are usually items that you already have in the kitchen or just don’t work very well.
The way the chopper cuts up onions is phenomenal. No more tears when cutting onions for me. It also does nice work on any other vegetable you are trying to chop up into small pieces. Though the manual mentions you can chop cheese with it, I find that using a cheese knife works a whole lot better
My favorite recipe to make with the Fullstar Vegetable Chopper is pico de gallo. It does a nice job of cutting up the vegetables to a perfect size for the chunky salsa. Just make sure you have another instrument to crate the garlic finely. You can find many recipes where using the Fullstar Vegetable Chopper is a worthwhile investment in my book.
