Four simple ingredients from the store, store in the refrigerator overnight and cut the next day for a delectable snack or take them to a potluck and impress your friends. They are quite tasty and simple to make. Prepare for no leftovers.
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces refried beans or bean dip
- 3 ripe California avocados, mashed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package of taco season mix (1¼ ounces)
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can sliced black olives (about 2 ounces)
- 1 package of cheddar cheese (8 ounces), shredded
- 2 Bags of Tortilla Chips

Preparation:
- In a 9×13” casserole dish: spread bean dip; layer mashed avocados over the bean dip and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix, and then spread over avocados.
- Layer on the shredded cheddar cheese for the fourth layer.
- Chop green onions and tomatoes for the fifth and sixth layers.
- Spread olives on top.
- All you need now are chips to dip.
