Ingredients:

  • 6 Bone-In Pork Chops (2.5 Pounds) $5.19
  • 3 Medium Russet Potatoes, Peeled and Chopped $0.60
  • 1 Onion, Sliced $0.08
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil $0.27
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder $0.04
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt $0.04
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper $0.05
  • 1/3 Cup White Wine $0.50
  • Chicken Broth to Cover (About 4 Cups) $0.06

Preparation:

  1. Peel and Cube Potatoes
  2. Peel and Slice Onions
  3. Place onions in crock pot, cover with chops and potatoes
  4. Add remaining ingredients and make sure to put enough chicken stock in to cover the potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
  6. Take out and serve with rice.
