Preparation:
- Peel and Cube Potatoes
- Peel and Slice Onions
- Place onions in crock pot, cover with chops and potatoes
- Add remaining ingredients and make sure to put enough chicken stock in to cover the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
- Take out and serve with rice.
